1. Merchandise Availability

Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail.

Venise Collection makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to this web site or content or information available on or through this website. Except as otherwise provided under applicable laws, venisecollection.com shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to the use of this Web site or any other Web site linked to this web site.  

 

3. Pricing

Venise Collection products displayed on the site may be available in selected Venise Collection stores in France or the UK. The prices displayed on the site are quoted in euros with tax included for metropolitan France, unless otherwise indicated. The amount of the TVA is visible after the selection of a product. For all other countries the prices are calculated without tax. Venise Collection reserves the right to change their prices at any time before payment is confirmed.

Please be informed that any order placed outside of metropolitan France can be subject to custom fees once the order arrives at its destination. These custom fees are the complete responsibility of the buyer, Venise Collection is not responsible for verifying or communicating said fees to the buyer. For any orders placed outside of metropolitan France the package may be opened and examined by customs officials.

 

4. Payment

The validation of an order is an automatic acceptance to the Terms and Conditions of Venise Collection. A client who is interested by a visible article on the Venise Collection website follows the following process before completing their order. After having verified the order and clicked on the “confirm” button the client will be asked to give the following information: name, last name, address for delivery, email, birth date, and phone number. If this is the clients first order they will be asked to create a password.

4.1: Payment by Credit Card

The client validates their billing and delivery address, the product, and the price. Next, they provide the 16 digits found on the credit card along with the expiration date and the security code on the back of the card.

The order is placed once the client click on the “Submit” button.

4.2: Payment by American Express

Venise Collection accepts American Express.

4.3: Paypal

With paypal your financial information is never transmitted to Venise Collection. PayPal protects your information, pay online by indicating your e-mail address and password.

4.4: Default of Payment

Venise Collection reserves the right to cancel any delivery or order to any consumer whose payment cannot be confirmed partially or in its totality, at this time legal action will be taken.

4.5: Payment Verification

Venise Collection verifies all orders that are validated on the website, these verification aim to protect Venise Collection from any fraudulent acts.

For this reason Venise Collection reserves the right to ask its consumers for any additional information such as identification or proof of address, these demands will be made through e-mail:

                        -For an order that has a different billing and shipping address

                        -For first time clients.

                        -For an order that is more than 150 Euros.

4.6: Payment Security

5. Client Account

 After having placed an order at Venise Collection you can choose a password in order to avoid filling out delivery information for a second time. Satisfied or Reimbursed:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. If the 30th day falls on a non working day the delay will be prolongated to following working day.
  • The products must be returned with the detachable footer that indicated the order number which is necessary for indentification and reimbursement purposes.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If your package arrives at Venise Collection within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 30 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. If you wish to receive your reimbursement in a different mode than which you paid please notify Venise Collection.

In the case of exchanging items, we ask that you include your preferred size, or the reference number and the size of the item you wish to receive in exchange, with your returned item(s). This can be in the form of a sheet of paper, including the exchange information and your name, address and contact details, or equally on a copy of the original invoice.

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will send you the items you have specified in return.
 
The cost of the return to us is at the expense of the client, but there will be no extra charge for the postage of the exchanged items.
 
If you wish to order more items in addition to the items to be exchanged or returned, you can order these by including the item details (reference number; size; colour; name) on a sheet of paper included with your returns parcel. For additional items to your original order, please also include a cheque to the amount of the additional item(s).

Shipping times will vary depending on your delivery address. Venise Collection cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

European countries: delivery within 2-4 days*.

Rest of the world: delivery within 3-9 days*.

Please be informed that any order placed outside of metropolitan France can be subject to custom fees once the order arrives at its destination. These custom fees are the complete responsibility of the buyer. Venise Collection is not responsible for verifying or communicating those fees to the buyer.
