3. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Products must be returned in resalable condition.
Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. However, we do not charge any restocking or return processing fees – the return cost is €0 from our side. Only the shipping expense is borne by you.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship your replacement free of charge.
Please note: We offer free worldwide shipping for both original orders and replacement shipments.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
